Weekend in Orange

Mount Canobolas sits to the west of Orange in New South Wales. It is an extinct volcano that dominates the landscape for miles in all directions. According to the sign it is 1395 metres above sea level. A week ago it was covered in snow but when I visited on the weekend and the snow had melted and it was just muddy. It was also freezing cold.
